Transmission Problem Fixed?

I was doing the usually daily check on ebay and saw this. Anyone know anything about this?

I think this is a shielded wire/dedicated ground. Stay away from the Happi box.

Not to mention the cause is the alternator field wires, all you have to do is rap the field wires with a shield wire for the 4 inchs or so right out of the alternator and ground the shield wire and you just made one, it bleeds off the RFI volt spikes caused by the alternator magnetic field collapsing.
