The stock track bar will work with a leveling kit just did mine a couple months ago. The only thing is the front diff will shift to the driver side of the truck by about 3/4" but I can live with that until I get an adjustable bar.

My Stock track bar has been on with 2" lift for a lot of miles! Shift on the frame has no noticable side effects or differences when driving.

I have a question too, should I get longer links or some sort of blocks to drop the sway bar? I've seen and heard about it, if so what will be different?

This.

I just installed Don Thuren's 3rd Gen bar and a conversion bracket from Piers, and it rocks your face off. All I need is a new steering column (intermediate column) and it will drive a like a Porsche with big ridiculous tires on it. Be sure, while you are down there, that the tie rod end and ball joints are still good. Replace anything with visual play in it with Moog parts or get a crossover steering kit for the ultimate fix. The steering gear box is also suspect so check it as well. Do you have a DSS?

I just ordered the 5" track bar kit and crossover steering from Don Thuren. It will be a couple weeks, but I am REAL anxious to see the difference. If you have to replace the track bar in any suspension config (stock/level kit/lift kit) get a conversion kit for the 3rd gen bar, adjustable if necessary.

i've installed many a tj lift. the front end looks exactly the same as a tj but with a 60 instead of a 30. rubicon express says to drill the track bar hole at the axle 3/4 of an inch towards the driver side to keep the axle centered. this is for 3.5" lifts tho so maybe it wouldn't work for you but it's an option. also they sell drop kits for the frame side also. not sure if there is any for a dodge tho.
