Towing mirror galss replacement??
#3
I'm not sure on the towing mirror but I just had to replace the glass on my drivers side mirror (stupid hit and run)
My glass was held on by a circular plastic set of hooks to a matching set in the mirror housing, no glue, tape or the like just a set of hooks that snapped into place. Removal would be a gentle tug from one side until the mirror stops sliding and then pops off.
Again this was for normal non power mirrors.
Good luck.

Check out this link. It's a TSB with pics of how to remove the Glass. technically it's 02 and up. But it might apply to you as well.
