Smarty would be my choice. BD RAD causes gauges not to work and engine light to be on while its on.

I have read, but can not confirm, that even the 5 and 6 speeds had minor Tq Mgmt. program.

Smarty does remove most of the Tq Mgmt but for drag racing with lots of fuel, BD's Top Speed eliminator is only way to totally eliminate the programing.
I ran Smarty for two yrs before installing BD's RAD box.... and the difference was noticable.
But as mentioned above, you do loose tack and oil pressure gauges when BD box is switched on.... and you get a CEL for next three starts.

Yeah I dont believe the SMarty does 100% but the BD RAD (Racer Anti Defueler) does and is a must for an auto if they plan on drag racing to net a good ET
