torque converters

HAS ANYONE USE OR TRIED A DUNRITE CONVERTER & VALVE BODY, OR HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT THEM?

Im wondering about this too because I cant decide between goerends and hot rod diesels right now.

I think dunrite is supposed to be pretty good.

Dunrite is well respected as one of the originators of performance transmissions, especially for the auto behind a Cummins.
Tony developed the triple disc lockup clutch converter for a Cummins.

Dave buys his triple disc converter parts from the same supplier as Dunrite.
Dave speaks very highly of Tony.
I think Dave used a Transbuddy kit to build my valve body.

I first met Dave a little over 3 years ago.
GB installed my transmission and triple disc converter a little over 2 years ago. I watched the meticulous care used to assemble my converter. Since the time I met Dave and my transmission install, he developed a line of custom stators to compliment a locking converter.

Call both shops and decide for yourself.
