too much?

ok ive been researching and found some injectors and dvs that might do the job. im not looking for a huge amount of power, but just a little more power to play around sometimes. I was thinking about going with the marine 370s and 191 DVs. im getting a good deal from a friend on the 370s, but how do yall think the 191 dvs will go with the 370s? should i go with different DVs like laser cuts, or 22s or 24s? i also plan on doing a turbo upgrade to a 62/71/14. should i also just pass on the 370s and go with something different like DDPs or new eras?

i wouldnt go with marines... you know the marine cummins is a .20 over 5.9 and their injectors will spray outside the piston bowl on your 5.9 thats why their cheap, just cuz they screw in the hole dont mean their for your motor.... and i think lazer cuts are gonna smoke more than you want the marine 370s smoke alot too because your not getting good combustion and you can wash your rings out pretty quickly .02 deposit

ok thanks. i think i might go with the 191s then. ive heard alot of good things about the new era 370s too, because they have the correct spray pattern. ill probably go with those

yea thatd be plenty of fuel till you get a new turbo, 191s are a good choice too thats what im going with on my 24v they have manners on street and good power, lasers and full cuts are very similar and are more for pulling trucks IMO

For playing around, I wouldnt go bigger than 191's (I prefer the 181's) Get a bigger injector instead of having the delivery valves adding fuel, they add sloppy fuel through duration. 370's with the thinnest washer under the injector will work fine as long as your timing stays below 18*. If you get injectors that are a little big, you can cut a ton of fuel with your fuel plate until you "grow" into them.

I would think about what you want your truck to be when you are all said and done. No point in buying injectors twice. When I first got my truck "all I am doing is a fuel plate and gsk". Now look at my sig. haha
