Which three gauges should I get for my pod?

Does anyone know of any company that sells something for the center dash like a pod that has a couple more gauges. I dont tow much but I like to know what is going on with my vehicle.
Do the gauges come with instructions on how to install the temp or pressure gauges? Has anyone done a write up in any of the tech sections?
