I've got the PSC stabilizer and am very happy.
Construction appears first rate, best price I could find and it went on quickly. My bearing slid on the nose of the nut smoothly by hand. If you get one thats overly tight I'd make them send you another bearing and nut, you shouldn't have to beat it on.

I got the PSC stabilzer installed today, Very simple install, though a second hand would be helpful when putting everything back together, a jack stand will work but another set of arms would be better. The hardest part was putting the bearing over the pitman shaft nut. It was not a "slip fit" as the direction say. I had to take a 1" socket and use that as a guid to beat the bearing up into place. I am very pleased with the results, it is a must do on these trucks. The steering is much tighter and tracks straight when i let my hands off the steering wheel, before it use to pull to the right. Anyone thinking about putting one of these units on there truck, do it, you will be amazed how it tighten things up.
