Does the vulcan kit come with a needle and everything I need for relocation and a fp gauge or are there still odds and ends u guys are having to buy and piece together? I'm running an edge comp 5 stage. Will the vulcan be enough with the stock pump?

I run 18.5 PSI and can only pull it down to 17 WOT (IM maybe at 300 RWHP). RJohnson gets 15 PSI and pulles it down to 13.5 PSI WOT with 570ish RWHP. Both FASS'ed.......
