Is there a compressor housing gasket?

I did a boost leak check the other day and my compressor housing is leaking where it connects to the center section. Is there a big o ring there or some sort of gasket? I'm tired of my laggy stock turbo. Laggy due to leaks that is.

Yes there is a big o-ring that seals the compressor housing. I also am having this problem with my stocker. I think you can get them from HTT.

Every time I go to HTT's parts portion their site stops working. Anyone got a different link or should I look elsewhere for an o ring?

I went and looked on their parts page and it shows now o-ring on the compressor housing. Here is the link to the exploded diagram of the hx 35. http://www.htturbo.com/hp.html I hope this helps.

The HT3B I've had apart is just a metal to metal mating, no o-ring in it. I'd imagine the HX35 is the same. Did you make sure that the bolts on the lock ring are tight?

There is no gasket where you mention. The o ring people are mentioning is at the compressor outlet.

Sometimes the compressor housing snap ring is not seated correctly and will cause a leak. You might try getting in there with a screwdriver or punch and tapping it with a hammer to seat the clamp....that might seal it up.
