Thank You Mark @ Diesel Performance Parts
First ---- Mark @ Diesel Performance Parts gave me a great price on a Va Smart box for my 01.5. When the Va arrived I went to plug the pigtail into the va box and quess what? They didn't match!! 
Won't work! DDP is in Nashville and I'm in CA so I can't just walk down and get it fixed. I call DPPI at 6am pst time and let them know of the problem. One of Mark's employees said he would call VA. By 08:15 pst I had an e-mail from Mark who talked with the general manager of Va Aken and he Identified the problem, ( and apologized for the mistake ). At 08:54 Mark sent me another e-mail and said the part was in the air and would delivered to my door by 12:30 the next day. Well it arrived at 11:30 
It is in the truck and I'm very happy. This is the best service I've ever had. I want to thank Mark and his employee's who helped get this resolved so fast!
