TC and VB in 250k trans???

Want some opinions here.

My truck is 98 12v auto, 4.10's, 33's, tow 18k gross 4-5 times a year.

Current mods 4 inch exhaust, air filter, 330hp injectors.

I am planning to do the PS62/12 turbo next week and a 100 fuel plate, soon after I will set the timing up a couple degrees and do a 3k gsk.

So, at 250k miles on the original auto, should I bother doing a valve body and torque converter...or just wait til it blows and build the whole thing? I figure I can take it easy on the trans for a while until i have the money to build it, or hammer it til it screams and then I have no choice but to build it

I have had a VB and TC in my transmission for about 50k miles now, and it is still going pretty strong. The thing is, with Goerend, all the money i spent on the upgrades for this one, goes straight into the cost of a new built one from him whenever im ready, so i havent wasted my money at all, and i bought myself a lot of time this way. Only thing im out is my labor.
