I've got the same setup as Charlie and would have to say I think I like it much better than having to flip a switch on the dash. You could always put a indicator light in the place you would have put the switch.

I'm not sure, but it looks like it might be a headlight dimmer switch.

royta,

Its a good thing you are the only one who cant handle a lockup switch next to the OD switch,Its not rocket science, well maybe it is for you.

Yeah, I was just kidding royta, since the switches feel different Its not a problem.
I do like the idea of using a floor dimmer.

Oh man, a floor dimmer switch? I don't even want to got there. The past couple days, I've been looking at strategic locations on my dash to install a switch. It needs to be in an area where I won't accidentally hit it with my knee if I'm in an akward position, and it needs to be completely out of reach from my 7, 4, and 3 year old kids.
