Those of you that have ordered the sport light conversion harness, how long did it take to get it, and did you get decent customer service from them?

I ordered a harness on July 2. Granted, it was holiday weekend - but, I have not gotten a single email from them. I've emailed them, called them and left a message, nothing. Disappointed to say the least.

Had Daniel Stern returned his phone calls, he'd have gotten the order instead, But, sadly disappointed there, too.

 

mine came in about 5-7 days its shipped ground. great product and great service. top notch and easy harness. i did a write up on it

I ordered and paid for mine and since they were local, they were nice enough to waive shipping and meet me locally where I picked up the harness.

This was 2 yrs. ago and all is perfect.

 

Well, good to know that the product is worth the hassle

I finally got an email from them, they're shipping Monday. That's.. oh.. 10 days after I ordered. Not very good response IMHO but maybe there's a reason for it.
