surging between 45-50mph in OD
Well my truck has been surging between 45-50mph unless I'm pushing a little on the peddle. I've check all ground wires, have purchased new batteries. Now when I get on it real hard it seems to have a shimmy, kinda like if the rear wheels were breaking loose and grabbing. This happens just for a moment after turbo spools up and then its good to go. I had only noticed the surging between 45-50 mph in OD, but now I have this shimmy when really getting down on it and after it has down shifted. Could it be the TC?

With added fueling, you should not be in OD below 50 mph (with 3.55 rear end). You are most likely lugging the motor! Gear ratio jump from 3rd to OD is long.
I keep OD off till 55 or 60 mph so I don't start pulling in OD at (or even below) 1500 rpm.
Rev engine over 2000 rpm before allowing OD and I'll bet your surging disappears! Power is much nicer also.

this is a simple fix.. what the problem is your getting noise feedback from your alternator into your ecu signal.... what you will need to do is buy a 11 dollar noise filter kit from one of the tranny shops known goerend has a really good one and its easy to install you T into a signal wire and ground it to the firewall and ure problem will be solved....
