SuperChips and P0238, now in limp mode

The truck was programmed with a superchips and the cel immediately lit after the superchips was done programing, read the code P0238 over voltage in the MAP sensor. Was this caused by the superchips or coincidence, the truck ran great with the high performance program. However, when the truck was returned to stock the cel was still lit, and clearing the codes only caused the cel to off then on as the code where cleared. Now in stock program the truck is in limp mode. Is there actually a problem with the MAP, or do the batteries just need to be disconnected for a while to reset the computer. Limp mode **** so I would like to resolve this problem. Thanks.

Tried reinstalling the tuning twice, returned to stock then reinstalled, didn't work, now it's back to stock and in limp mode.

My Superchips tuner gave me codes too. I solved this by ditching it for an Edge EZ. No codes now.

Have you tried calling Super Chips customer service? Might be worth a try.

wastegates not blocked nothing like that, but I did figure out why it was in "limp mode" when it is 20 degrees outside and your fuel has the consistency of pudding it puts the truck in "limp" mode, lol . Unfortunately the code is still there but the truck wasn't in limp mode or anything like that so some fresh fuel and stanydine fixed my problem. ( I am at school in Idaho and I have been driving around on a quarter of a tank since summer, and I forgot about the cold) the code shouldn't be harming anything, just the computer being dumb so I will leave it for now. thanks for all the help
