Hypertech just posted an ad in the latest issue of DIESEL POWER magazine. They dyno tested a Superchips 3705 on a 2002 Cummins with an auto, and made 239 rwhp and 499 ft/lbs on the lowest level (Tow safe). Interestingly, their Hypertech programmer makes nearly the same numbers on Stage 3. No wonder there is no weight limit when towing with the Hypertech. It only makes the same power as the Superchips on Level 1.

In all the reading I have done, I have seen consistent numbers around 200 rwhp and 400 ft/lbs from a stock SO around the 2001/2002 year. So, the Superchips seems to add about 30 hp at the wheels, and around 90 ft/lbs on TOW SAFE.
