I got a request for a video of my truck towing 18k# trailer. I didn't have my camera, but I got one with the good ole trusty cell phone. I tried to show my pulse monitor so that you guys could see my egts, but it didn't show up. It is really hard to drive, shift & record video, so please be patient.

Just a shout out at ya J Lent.

While I have been busten your ballz a little about the 64 being a horrible turbo for towing of any sort, I resently made a discovery.......

My bad experience from towing with the 64/13/71 on my old '01 was confirmed the other day to be caused by a bent waste gate puck. This would have cleared up alot of my distaste for the turbo if it had been found before I sold it.

Anyhow, carry on. I no longer have a say in matters concerning a 64mm turbo. My experience was a wash.

J lent, do you think 200's and a 64/71/14 added to what I have while running 3.55 and 285/75/r16 will be a towable combo (10k-20k)?????

I have no experience with 3.55 gears & 64 charger. Fom what I've read, not a good combo. Judging by how my truck tows, I wouldn't think that gears could make that much difference. I wouldn't be afraid of it, but on the other hand I don't want to steer you wrong & have you PO'd at me.
