I'm not sure Pulse readings are totally accurate...but should be in Ballpark. I occasionally get some strange readings from the Data Read-Outs.... especially if I have shut truck off before looking.
Let us know what you read on gauge at WOT.

Might experiments with Smarty on odd # and Custom Tune Adrenaline to 0 timing. Seems to work better for me. (And far superior for daily driving w/ Adrenaline off).

I would have to agree with you J... LAGGY!!!! Im runnin 3.55 with stock 245/75r16 tires, Lightning V 7x.022 hole injectors Drag Comp with TST PM3 Stacked and Im still laggy... With the smarty and TST its alot better to light... Once I get to about 1700 RPM she is starting to take off. Seen about 58psi right out of the box on it but im still on stock bolts and no o rings. That first 15psi takes forever though for me at least.....

I removed my exhaust brake today to check clearance in the rear housing. It is very tight clearance, very little space around the wheel...just like looking at the compressor wheel clearance. I went for another test drive, but only about 6-8 miles. I did some short blasts & saw 58psi....I don't think 62 was a glitch.

Cool was just curious if a cam might have been helping spool sooner guess the 4.10's and 33 inch tires are the ticket.

I run a 64/71/16 secondary charger. It spools fine and tows fine, even with an 88mm primary. If it is too slow to spool, I'd check the wastegate flaps and make sure they aren't up due to a bent assembly or shaft. The 64 is only slightly slower to spool than a 62.

Here is the thing I don't understand...I never touched the wastegate. It is the same exhaust housing, same wastegate as I had on the 62/71. I only swapped the compressor & cover. I am going for a good ride tomorrow, I'll know more.

There edge injectors jammer sumthings. I know that hod rod pump really puts out feul, but i'm hopeing some timeing from a smarty will help clear out some of the smoke but more importantly make the turbo spool faster.

Smarty will definately help it spool, but definately not cut back on smoke.

No. What I did was change turbos, but kept my exhaust housing.

I drove the truck 30 miles today & I am really liking this charger more & more. I got the barking under control now, not nearly as bad as before. I paid attention to boost reading & I've seen 55psi most of the time. A few times I did see 57psi-58psi. I did a wot run from 35mph to 90mph & only saw 1290*. I am very impressed with this turbo, it is really working well on my truck.
