Stumble when on the go pedal

Is it possible that an injector line can be sucking air and not leak fuel?

My truck starts & idles fine, and normal driving is fine. When I get on the go pedal hard, it stumbles and misses.

How much fuel pressure are you running with your set up?

Are you getting any trouble codes?

What's you fuel pressure?

Mine did that...it was the LP and VP. Hope it's not.

I don't know...I was told that Auto Zone can only check codes if your "Check Engine Light" is lit. And I'll bet your's isn't lit, like mine.

24v, disconnect your DD true torque module so there are no electronic enhancements to the injection pump, then drive it. if the problem is not there or much improved, i will bet that its the early signs a VP44 heading south for the winter.

mine did it with a drag comp, and a buddy's truck does the same thing with his comp. the fueling boxes put that extra strain on the VP44 at wot and when they start to fail it will buck, surge, stumble, pop, etc when getting on the throttle.

I sure hope it's not the VP44. But if it is...where's the best place to buy?
