I'm looking to stack a TST PM3 with my Van Aaken V5 , but am
keeping the stock turbo. I know you can probably forget about
level 8 or 9 , but is this combo good for short blasts of 10 -15
seconds ? I don't want to buy a fueling box if I can't really get
the full effect.I also have RV275 injectors. Southbend OFE ordered

You'll get the full effect alright. Short bursts of high EGT's aren't bad. 10-15 sec is usually the norm. Your probably gonna have to run the TST on the lower levels cause this bad boy does get hot. My egt's went up 200* when I changed from a comp to a TST.

Agreed! With your smallish injectors, you will be able to make use of the TST Box.... maybe up to setting #5+/-.... which is a far amount of power (approx. 15 hp for each of 9 settings)!
Probable less when towing.

Good Luck

Maybe I'll just get the PM2 , it's equal to level 6 on the
remote , which is about as high as I can go on the PM3,
but it will save me $100.00

I wouldn't pick that, as a place to save a little!
Adjustability is critical for terrain, load & mileage!

Agreed. Not to mention that if you do ever get a new turbo then you'll really wish you had the extra power to play with. Do it once, do it right. Get the PM3. You won't be disappointed.
