Stock turbo Max HP?

How much horse power will the stock turbo in my 12 valve support for daily driving and occasional 3000lb towing? I would guess I am near the limit right now without having realy stupid EGT problems.

I've seen a chart , but do not have access to it , but I seem to remeber that it may have been about 250-350 , I always like to put my target in the middle of the range , I'm shooting for about 350-400 hp , so I think that a good one for me is 350-450 , keep the effency of the mod in the middle of ther range , maybe some one can come up with a chart , I think that if you go to your faivorite turbo supplier they should have the chart and mdl.

So if the stocker is rated for up to say 300 ish I guess there is not realy much point to getting the PDR35 wich they claim is good for a max of 350. I would think that if I get a set of 191Dv's on top of what I have now it would be too much for the PDR35

At about 350 rwhp..

ur gonna start to have EGT and clutch issues if your truck is a manual.. With an auto, id say about 275 or so rwhp..

I am still on the stock turbo.

It can get warm if you don't keep the RPM up. I am probably pushing it way past its limits but it hasn't fallen apart yet.

It is the ol'school ConO rated to 400 hp. No slipping yet but I haven't been that hard on it.
