I am interested in doing a muffler delete on my stock 2002 2500. I looked under the truck today, and i see that the pipe coming from the resonator to the muffler is a 4 in pipe and the pipe coming out of the muffler is 3. I am looking at the MBRP Single System Stainless Muffler delete pipe from the dtr store.
Does anyone know whether that pipe is a 4 in pipe or a 3 in pipe? It looks like i'm gonna have to fabricate some kind of reducer. Has anyone else tried to put this pipe on a stock system???

That pipe might eliminate the resonator and the muffler.

 

...and its for their 4" system. i believe geno's has factory-sized delete pipes. or, of course, your lcoal exhaust shop could whip something up.
