Stock head bolt retorque?
Who's dunnit and how much boost did it hold and for how long?
Do you back them out and use lube like with the stud retorques?

You should lube the stock bolt before it is installed but only like a spray off with wd40 or equivalent.
Standard 24V torque is at 105NM+90*
I know of twin turbo trucks that ran stock head bolts and never blew a gasket (and they sledpulled).
There are also some large s400 equipped pulling trucks here in Indiana that run stock head bolts without issue.
