Egts way low

I took the afc and plate off installed 191 DV's and 370 marine injectors and with my foot in it i only get about 1000*-1100* and i know they should be higher than that. Normal crusing is about 800*. I even changed the fuel filter and the pyro is mounted before the turbo, plus it only 6 months old.... and it's the second one i put in. SO WHAT DO YOU THINK IS WRONG?

Where did you mount the pryo in the manifold? to the left of the collector thing?

if your looking from the passenger side towards the turbo its on the left side (back 3 cylinders)

What boost are you getting??Do you see alot of smoke when you stump on it??I'm getting the same result with the lasercut DV,EGT about 1100.But the boost is quick and the smoke pours out...

Like mine..pyro located before the turbo...Unless under a heavy load the EGT will get over 1100..

See like today it got warm 63*f and it got close to 1200* so i think the cold weather really had more to do with it then i though.

What are your EGT on the highway(empty) at about 70 MPH?

Cruisin on the highway i run 600 to 700 pre turbo but i can bury the pyro in 4th

Don't most guys run the pyro in the front 3 on a 12v? The ports on the #1 cylinder are the most restricted, so typically is the hottest cylinder.
