Stealth covers also pierce too??

I was looking at the stealth cover from TST, and it looks like it just pierces a wire too. Only on the inside of the pump is the only difference. Is this correct?

Pretty much, it doesn't pirece the wire, instead it makes contact on the circuit board inside the pump where the wire you would normally tap terminates.

It's all good. The cover I have from BD Diesel ismade of a carbon fiber type of plastic. They are tough and no worries about the rest. I thought it peicered the inner wire under the cover????

I guess you could really torque down on the allen head screw and crack the board, but it would take a lot of turning to go that far, and you would probably pull the threads out of the cover before the board breaks. It really doesn't need much to make a good connection.
