Star Wheel Adjustment

I cranked my star wheel up a good bit today to get more smoke, and it smokes a little more now, but not much. Can you go too far with the star wheel and cause any damage? I already have fuel system upgrades (see my sig) Also is there anything else I can do to make this truck smoke like a freight train. It used to but then I timed it, and replaced the head gasket and it kinda quit?! Just messin around and seein what I can do now. Thanks

Tom

Some guys have pulled the spring out that the star wheel put pressure on. What injectors and DV's do you have?

You could slide the fuel plate, put in a different one, or put in bigger injectors. Do you have a pyrometer with that Power Pack? How good is your clutch? That will be a factor also.

The star wheel will stop turning or will disappear under the housing where you can't turn it. No damage will be done. Make sure the housing itself is slid forward.
