As mentioned above I would recommend Formula 1 injectors. From what you are describing I would go with the mach 1.6 this injector runs cooler than the OEM injectors they are great for towing and normally yields slightly improved mileage. Also with these injectors you will not need to upgrade your turbo, don't go too big on the size or egt control will be hard. Seeing how you have an ETH motor you will see more gain from injectors than a fueling box, but a good timing box would be a nice addition. I would recommend an Edge EZ although there are several good companies out there that offer similar units. As you mentioned gauges are something everyone should have even on a stock motor, boost and egt are really all you need although some guys are firm believers in a fuel pressure gauge.
