Not application specific but I was in napa the other day and they had a variety of sizes and lengths of the hardline for brakes that were already flaired on the ends you just needed to bend them to your needs.

I'm pretty sure TireRack carries braided SS lines for these.

EGR and Goodridge both have 'em, I think. Heard mixed reviews on both...

Here is the link for the lines for a 98 2500, I'd imagine the 3500 would be quite similiar if not exact.

I know exactly what your looking for... Replacing the steel lines with stainless tube. Well, I've been looking at that and there is no such pre-bent kit available that I can find. You can either take your old lines off and send them to the mfg or carefully measure each line and buy the sections. I've been told that stainless will not flair with an ordinary flairing tool so that's why they recommend buying the lines to length. I've looked at classic tube and in-line tube, etc... I thought about getting a piece and seeing if I can flair it. Let me know if you find something and I'll do the same.

Oops, I thought you wanted the flex ones. Well stainless varies a bit, some of the mixes are a lot more workable than other ones. I just bent up a 4 foot long piece out of 3/8" stainless with several 90* bends and some 45*s for the coolant line to my Talon's turbo. I kinked the first one but got the second one to work. I used a conduit bender from home depot, but it didn't do much to stop the kinking.

I've decided to go with regular steel lines . Truck is 11 years old , figure they'll last the rest of it's life , or mine . Have heard some things about SS that it is hard to work with ( brittle ) , not easy to bend or flare. If I could find a factory kit pre-bent I'd go for it , but haven't had any luck. Time is running out , this is my window for the brakes , thanks all

There are companies that will bend what you want if you send them a template. I have see these in the hot rod and street rod magazines. I believe you just bend a piese of wire like a coat hanger just like you want and they duplicate it. They can do steel or stainless steel.
