quad I took a ride in riversidediesel's truck last night. With the box on 3 at idle there is a slight "bump" at idle. Not quite a miss, more like a stutter. As the truck shifts into OD you can feel the truck stutter again. It sorta reminds me of the injection pump shudder I get with my TST COMP but no where near as bad. You can definately feel the truck jerk on you though. With the box turned off none of those symptoms are there. At WOT the truck runs very good. But cruising around town and at idle the truck has a definate stutter/miss to it. Boost around this time is somewhere between 0 and 10. Turning the module up and down does make the stutter change. This is only at partial acceleration just trying to get up to speed. In OD you can feel it as well. I know in another post you said that with injectors and turbos there might be some surging but I promise you that those are not causing this. I've got garden hoses compared to him and my truck doesn't surge like this even with the TST on 5 (~120hp setting).

Not to mention I tried to work with you the entire time I was not at work while my wife was in the hospital.

You are obviously smarter than me so you should go engineer something on your own.

If you would get some reading lessons you can read the above posts about how it appears that we did fix the issue.
I'm so sorry Quad. I did know you wife was in the hospital the entire 6 months I was having problems. I was informed by you staff that you were there & was put on hold to talk to you. Several times! I would have gladly waited for a better time for you. Again I extend the offer to talk with you & let you know what went on & what the problems were. This is for your bennefit & the bennefit of members with your product.

Cordially Terry Sutter

What I am discouraged by is the negative advertising of vendor products in signatures. I am not at all in favor of bringing down another compay's products with every post. I like to see what everyone uses, so by all means please list mods and preferences, but there isn't really any call to bash a competitor with every posting. Especially when it appears that the company refunded the money spent in full, after attempting to resolve the issue in good faith. I have read several Quadzilla product threads before deciding to order mine, and saw the stories unfold about what support was offerred and accepted by numerous folks on here. I also read of many issues with other products and the support offerred by them. All have strengths and weaknesses, but none deserve to be bashed in a signature with every post whether relavant to the subject or not. Again, this is my opinion, freely expressed as cordially and articulately as possible. I do not intend to flame or personally attack the other member that has their opinion /experience in their signature. I will step off the soap box for now.

The reason I have that in my post is to inform members that I had both modules. In case they want to know the difference. Yes I had a very bad experience with the Quad people. Sorry just trying to help members not the retailers.

You have some nerve Quad!
Our box makes more power than the Juice and these guys will be able to stomp you if they see you on the street.
You have to admit, from outside the argument that seemed to be provokative, that was pretty funny.

I almost spit out a mouth full of carrots I was eating.
