It exits behind the passenger side rear wheel. It doesnt drone at 2k. Down here there is a 7.3 powerjoke with 5 inch before the rear wheel and it sounds pretty good and loud(compared to other powerjokes). I bet a CTD with 5" before the rear wheel would sound mean. It would probably be real loud and have alot of turbo sound. Try it and let us know how it sounds.

uhh, if it were me i wouldn't dump the exhaust infront of that tire. my buddy did that and his turbo blew up, all that oil reserve from the turbo went sailing down the exhaust pipe, coated his tire and he lost control of his truck. its a sad day when you see a 12v wrapped around a tree because of a bad idea on where to dump the exhaust. just my $.02
