Diesel Manor is a great company to buy from. When I ordered my gauges, I accidentally ordered some extras that I didn't need (because they were already included in the kit). They called me that day to see if I really wanted the extra stuff or it was just a mistake. Great service.

I bought the gauge kit from Diesel Manor to intall boost,Tranny, and egt gauges on the A pillar. The kit was complete with good instructions. I was nice not to have to chase all over looking for obscure fittings to do the install. All my gauges work great. The only thing that I did buy extra was the tapped pipe that runs from the tranny to heat exchanger on the passenger sid of the engine so that I could get a good reading of the tranny temp.

I believe the bit you should actually be using for that is a 21/64 not an 11/32 according to the NPT chart. Though it is such a small difference and everyone has a 11/32 I'm sure it would work.

I also got mine from them. Everything needed, except the drill and tap, which I got as a set, from Home Depot. Heres how I did my boost fitting. Theres a pipe plug there, just remove it and install the fitting.

All the charts say a Letter R bit for a 1/8 NPT. 11/32 is .004" oversize, 21/64 is .011" undersize. Here's the handy online chart I use.

I used a 21/64th's, got it from Sears for about $3.75

Worked great, thing is, it's only cast, so it goes through it pretty easily.
