smoggin' 07 ...again!
ok ive revised this for those who originally read it cause its pure idiocy! will a valet to the cab allow me to adjust the afc without tweaking starwheel, will this control my smoke long enough to pass smog. i'll be installing a 10 plate and afc spring kit and once i find the sweet spot i'd like to not have to adjust it to pass

I don't know where you are, but here in AZ we just have to pass a particulate smog test, basically a snap full throttle test.
with my mods, I passed easily by being nice on the throttle and not stomping on it. No adjustments needed

Sorry kind of off topic but quick question,
Hey Ken In AZ are we allowed stacks in AZ. Becuase my neighbor customed piped his Nova so the exhaust came out in front of the rear tire and they said that he could not do that bc they couldn't get their probe in there. I looked at it and they were lying because it would have been easy.

we have the same snap test here in id ken,but they make you stomp on it till it tachs 2500 then let up. if you dont mash it hard enough for them you get removed and they do it for you.f*cked up huh? question still remains , does anyone know if the valet option will work

the valet will not make up for starwheel adjustment....afc adds fuel when boost is added and starwheel is no boost fueling. Just pull your starwheel all the way back and disconnect the afc line when you test it and you should pass with flying colors, you could do it in 10 mins and take 10 mins to put it back.
