when i used the smarty it was pretty good, but itdoes fuel fast. with the adrenaline i get very good mileage but a totally different setup. well I should say on the 2k tunes. on the comp tunes i lose 3/4 mile a gallon. so Im not positive but with the options of the adrenaline and power available, I would do that.

im not looking for power at the moment, i just dont have the upgrades for it all yet. i plan on buying both at some point i just want to know which one i should splurge on first. i know the smarty says that its timing is rather agressive but i dont know how that compares to the adjustable timing setting on the ADR, im going to guess that there pretty close and its gonna come down to which one i have the cash for first most likly. my girlfriend is at collage 4 hrs away and my dumb*** just has to drive up every weekend. that burns alot of my cash and im just trying to focus on fuel mileage parts that i can convert over to performance stuff when im done driving all over gods country

You are missing an option on your poll: same. I haven't noticed enough of a difference between the two mileage wise to declare a clear winner. I also think that neither will save you enough money in mileage savings to justify the purchase price, at least at $2 fuel. I think the Adrenaline has much more potential than the Smarty ever will for a second gen, but the code reader on the Smarty is nice, as well as the ability to adjust the speedo for tire size.

The Pulse monitor with the Adrenaline will do this too.

The Smarty on 3 is supposed to be pretty good for mileage.
Or AD on Pl1 is timing only, then when you want to play just bump up the levels. It's harder to do that with the Smarty.
