the thing is that i also need to recalibrate my speedo and be able to use the other functions and right now i dont really care about on the fly adjustment cause its going on the highest setting and staying there

i have run both for long periods of time. i liked my superchips, it added power and got me much better fuel mileage. the smarty got the same increase in mileage, i have tried several settings and found the truck does the best on the highest setting, as did the superchips. the advantage of the smarty is it has timing and no timing settings, there is a sweet spot down low on the smarty which takes some getting used to, it does fuel harder down low, but if you were not concerned with stacking ect. the superchips is best for the money. i like them both.

i have the superchips stacked with the standard xzillaraider. i looked at the smarty, but the cost was way to high. i have seen used smartys going for $450+. i paid $225 for my superchips used. i wasnt looking for all out horsepower so the superchips was a good choice. i normally run on the performance tow setting on the superchip and PL01 on the xzillaraider.
if your looking for high performance then go with the smarty.
