SMARTY Stolen

Merry Christmas to me. Some low life s.o.b. broke into my truck and took my smarty. Alot of good it will do because it is vin locked on my truck. Now the problem is I'm pretty much stuck on setting #8 which is what it was on. I already have the mad ecm special which is the same. If that just doesn't tick a guy off. Any ideas as to what I can do now. This is a real bummer

The scumbag can only use it as a code scanner. Or he will be contacting Bob or Mads for the "one time unlock". But my money says the thief doesn't even know what he stole and will try to sell it to support his habit...watch for it on eBay or a pawn shop nearby.

or your local www.Craigslist.com
When/If you catch the crumb, make sure you have an officer close when you go to pick it up.

I will try to keep a eye on craigs list and e-bay. I also agree that the low life doesn't even know what he has. I live in a very small town so there are no pawn shops near by. And if I do find out who it was he will hope there is a officer near by too. That is one thing I just can't tolerate. I just don't understand why people need to take things that don't belong to them Thanks for the ideas guy's. Greatly appreciated.

You don't realize how much smarty talk there is until you have yours stolen. It seems like all I read is smarty this smarty that. .I do enjoy reading about smarty post because, I was the same way with mine (very impressed). I get more and more everytime i think about it. Make sure you call the vendor with your VIN, that way he'll know if/when the thief calls in..
