i dont think i would do the smarty if he wants an all out power house of a rig. exp with that drag comp. i hear the drag comp puts out more than a tst pm3 and smarty? hard to believe, but i aint arguing with the facts.
i would get him a set of mach 6's or 7's. And if you really want him to have a fast truck, get him on drugs. (lol i mean NOS) Thats what i would want....
OH, does he have his headwork done? if he is going to be running twins he will need to pull that head and rebuild it! ie orings, springs, gasket, valve guides, studs, etc. OH and you could also get him a cam. ive herd it helps on the top end for power and egts.

yeah im really leaning towards getting him a smarty. does anyone know where i can get one and how much they run for??? i want to get the best deal for one

Send his head into one of the boys and have them rebuild it, deck it and oring it. Get him a gasket and studs. He has to have this stuff done to get the power out of the twins. And while he has the head off, get him a cam to stick in there.
