Torque management is an Irritating saftey feature written into the ecm of theese trucks (99-02 not exactly sure) it defuels used top end as a governer. but it also defuels in first gear. it is why you can't power brake or spin the tires. It Also makes your ford driving friends think you are a liar and you are making excuses

RAD= race anti defuel deviece. it overrides the stock ecm to rid you of T.M.
