there is a lip on the top and on the botton is a indented clip that kinda goes in that gets caught on the clutch pedal take a small flat blade and stick it in that groove and pry back the screw driverer pushing the clip forward a bit and push up on the top lip of the retainer and it will come right off

sorry its late i dunno if you ripped it apart yet or what but the master can come off two ways if you got a new holder of the master cylinder it will come off with two nuts i think there 15 mm dont quote me tho or if you didnt get a new holder the turn the master cylinder counter clockwise in the engine compartment and it will pull right out now the clutch sensor has a white clip on the flat part on it pull the two tabs closest to the firewall together and slide it back and it will pull off then the wires go to a connector on a back of a bracket just follow the wires, i couldnt get it behind the bracket so i jsut pulled it off it probally not the right way but its in a horrible postion to try and get it you can push it back in later pull the red clip on the connector down and with ur finger nail there is a lip that clicks the male end of the two into the female end of the connector and it also will pull right out

Sounds like you didn't purchase the Mopar unit and you've got air in the system. They're not easy to bleed. Take the slave off, hold it verticle, push the rod all the way in with your hand, then let it return by itself. Do this several times until you can get all the air bubbles out of the system. Hold the rod in all the way with your hand and keep pressure on it all the while having someone push the clutch pedal to the floor and release several times. Do combinations of the above excersises until you think you've got all the air out. Reinstall the slave, and the pedal will probably still feel mushy for a while, but the clutch will disenguage close to the floor. Drive it this way for a few days and the air will eventually work most of its way out.

Or you can take the whole system off and bench bleed it, then reinstall it back into thruck as a system.

Have fun.

I got the SBC setup from Piers. I guess I'll get to bleeding the bloody thing tommorrow. Also is it possible that I just adjusted the arm wrong so that my peddle travel won't let the clutch disengage?

Mine just went too. Does any one know of any parts houses that carry the sealed system or am I stuck going to the dealership?
