I hope things work out for you... shouldn't have to buy the same part twice... i like stuff from the 50's they seem to last... we have a gas dryer and fridge that still work, just as hot and cold as they were back then, so i am told.

I also had the drop bracket crack and had two of the mounting bolts break before that. I ended up welding it all back together! The steering set-up on these trucks sucks stock so I didnt expect a lift kit to make it any better. Dodge made a crappy design and SJ had to work with it.
The rest of my kit is great. Truck rides good and the PC held up fine. 5yrs so far!
