I've had it only once, and it is aptly named and will scare the $%^ out of you.
Since installing the Bilstein 5100s, D25s, and the DT track bar, I haven't had a single case of DW.
I think the main culprit of DW is the OEM track bar and shocks.

Conrad-- the 5100s are unbeatable bang/buck.
The digressive valving really increases the handling and on-road performance while still letting the suspension soak some things up.
That said, the D25s are not matched to them very well. If I swapped in OEM dually springs, I think the match would be pretty good.
I think that the Kore/CSS springs would probably net me further improvements to my existing setup.
I have a bad balljoint (or two) that I need to track down. I can hear them popping when I turn at slow speeds sometimes.

Justin,
CORed just got a quote from CSS for $186 for a 2-2.5" levelling spring. If you still have your stock coils, CSS can match the rate if you give them the tag #. You can also spec softer or firmer based on your preference.
Glad to hear the 5100's are working out for you....I knew they would.

Mounting 315s
I put 315/75R16 tires on my 2002 Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4, no special suspension mods needed, it sits 1" higher than my old Ram diesel 4x4 of the same model & tires. The problem though is that the wider tread on these tires make it very difficult to steer, a steering pump upgrade would help. The tires will rub against the suspension swing arm on both sides in a extreme angle turn. You will need to hammer this swingarm rail edge in some or it will chew up the inside tire shoulder. One of the 19.5" commercial rims & tires would work better since it uses a more narrow tire tread.
