Agreed. No real need for twins with that setup.

I agree with everyone but, if you've ever ridden in a twin t'd truck you'll want twins. They are sweet! If you got the money then do it you won't regret it!
Trust me!!!!!

go with a single.... your not really producing power that a good single turbo can't handle... and a well chosen single can easily become a nice top turbo in a twins set.

this coming from someone who has twins....

Yes yes and yes. Pus zero surging. I would'nt push boost much over 40psi on stock bolts and a gasket. It all depends on the size turbos you use. If you got a nice set of towing twins you would be very pleased with the results even thow a single charger would do the job

will twins pull better at low rpm and pick up faster at low rpm?

Ahh. Whatever, Ive ridden in trucks with compounds. My whole point was why spin it if you dont need it, meaning why run a larger turbo or more air for that matter than you need. Once you have enough air, the only thing your going to get from going to a bigger turbo or bigger turbos is more lag.

No they wont spool faster, if using the the same turbo as a single that you would use on top in a compound setup.

i would go with a 62/71/14 turbo. they cool to around 500hp. drive good and are alot less complecated than twins. but there is somthing about telling people it has twins

90's are a pretty decent size stick for putting around town. I would go twins and buy a bigger set of injectors.

An HX-35 over an ht3b would out spool most single journal bearing turbos. It would be much stronger in lower RPM and cool much better would suit the towing crowd much better. Also The turbo's would be working half as hard as a single would be. I think that a hx35 HT3b(Small exaust housing) combo would spool better than a 62/71/14. I think it would be more comparable to 62/65/12. Plus you won't outgrow them with a simple injector change. Just my opinion. Twins cost more but are better all around PERIOD!

ya id go with a 62/71/14 with tht setup i kno a guy who runs edge juice with a 62/14 and 100hp injectors runs very well and stays cool. if u plan on going with way bigger injectors id say go with twins for the spool up and the cooling
