Single or Duals....

Single or Duals....
O.k., this question has probably been ask a million times, but, I have to ask again. Is there a difference in power between a single, and a dual exhaust?
I have a 2002 CTD, at 2500, that is all stock, now I want to start getting more pulling power from it.
Also, has anyone heard the sound from Warp Performance? If so, how is the sound, and workmanship?
Thanks in advance, Don

I do not know a thing about Warp Performance someone one here should. Put I.M.O. duals are just for looks, good looks mind you. A single 5in will flow all the little 5.9L can put out. 5in is all that is used on a 15L 600 h.p. big rig.

dieseldon,
There is a slight and I MEAN slight EGT difference, hard to even verify on a dyno but otherwise it's a looks item. That is unless you like smoking out ricers from the drivers side!!!!
Check the members posts here about the heatthrob exhaust from Warpperformance, there was a post recently and the poster was having a bad time of it, then a few others also mentioned the same thing. Fit and finish is king when it comes to exhaust systems!!
We stock all the MBRP aluminized, 409 and 304 stainless in singles and duals. You get 100% welded hangers, a real muffler with ceramic blanket and stainless steel wool packing material and plated clamps. Usually within 20-30 dollars of the e bay systems but well worth if for the muffler alone, much less the other features etc. Call us if you have any questions we'll be glad to help you.
