silencer ring oiley resdue
is it normal to have a oily resdue on the ring and turbo im running a k and n filter she sure is singing purring like a kitten

you may have over oiled the k/n a little bit. pretty common. scott

i agree with ya on this one. one of the pitfalls to an oil based filter is the over oiling because the ctd draws some cfm for sure.
