I'm not convinced it's good data, runs were on a dynocom unit with water meth. Not trying to take anything away from RowJ.

I personally think it should take more than one truck and one dyno run before we can start making claims.

EDIT: I should also say, I hope Quad's box does out dyno the TST/Dummy stack. I'm looking for a reason.

See if quad will let you use one for TS. I'll help you with connections.

I asked to be a beta but apparently he had enough testers at the time. I even voted for his Texas hunting team as a bribe to get a test unit, I should have held him to his promise.

I think the general consensus was that the Dynocom was generous by around 8% compared to the mobile DynoJet at Bully Dog a couple of weekends ago.

Not sure if anyone else ran an Adrenaline that day that also ran the Dynocom.

8% is a lot when your talking about trucks around 500hp, difference of roughly 40hp.

Most definitely. I didn't remember what RowJ's number was from the DynoJet, but I remembered figured his, Tyler's and Robert's numbers and they were all around an 8% difference.

Definitely a big difference as you go up the scale.

Had to go look up the Bully Dog/ODRA thread.

RowJ did 543 on the DynoJet. 598 was on the Dynocom. So that actually worked out to be a 10% difference

Yikes! I think back to back tests are in order along with multiple trucks on a dynojet before we can reach a consensus.

Boy we're getting way off track on this thread.
So i ran the Smarty on 6 and Comp on 3x3 tonight and WOW. Lots of smoke off the line but spools the HX35 really quick. Need a bigger charger. Can't wait to try it on sw8. My tranny don't like it until hits 3rd lock.
Still want the on the fly adjust ability.

I would wait (wait out) the new 2nd Gen Smarty upgrades before I traded a Smarty for a Comp. I don't think at this stage I could be happy with the performance of not using a fueling box. The Smarty can not compare in performance to the Comp.

Other than that the only reason I would do it would be if I was downsizing injectors / needed a boost fooler and I wanted to keep my set up really simple.

Personnally, I would recommend a Smarty to anyone running smaller injectors, not twins or large tires.
