Shifting Problem! Solved for me.

I have an 01 Dodge 6 spd and it has 103000 miles on it now and i bought it with 62000 miles on it. Ever since i bought it it has never shifted good at all. I have put a south bend cluth, new slave cylinder with master cylinder, and a short shifter. My clutch was goin out and i had to put the slave cylinder in so i could shift it period but anyway, there was always a hesitation before you put it in gear shifting in any gear and made it impossible to short shift it. But i put a banks down pipe on it and it shifts like a dream and i know most of you are thinkin im an idiot but i have talked to banks and south bend and niether of them have any idea y it would do that but they said they would record it and c if it ever happens again and thats it possible cause of the heat issue but i have the proof, just drive my truck. But i was wondering if anybody else has heard of this or ran into this problem before or have any idea y cause i have thought of any possible ways and none of them really make any sense.

I'd say it's the phase of the moon in the third cup and the winter solace is in direct conflict with the virginal equator - or, it's gremlins............
