Shackle Flip

Any one done a Shackle flip and remove blocks on these trucks?
any problems?

I did one on my truck. I made it myself and turned out pretty good. I cut the bottom of the mount off and welded a brace on the top. The only problems you are going to run into is that it is going to move your rear end 2 inches forward and that your truck will sit lower because I believe the blocks are 4.5 inches and the flip will give you about 4 inches.

did it change the ride or diff angle?

Ah sorry , forgot to mention that it did. I have 6" lift springs in the back and they came with little wedges that change the angle. I removed them and with nothing there I have a perfect pinion angle. Its going to rotate up a couple of degrees. Also to move the rear end back I used a 1/2" block with an offset pin.
