My Scotty is running without the hole.
Still runs cooler than the stock airbox.
Slightly more turbo noise but you'd have to really be listening for it to hear it.
The hole will follow when $$$$ allow more BOMBs.

Uhh I think you have nearly 4 days straight.

The only thing I do siggest to folks is if they plan on hauling stuff or building power or both, the Scotty cannot be out grown until one goes to twin turbos. I have spoken to several folks that have tried the bhaf and others and then the Scotty. I also know of folks that had the Scotty and went to something else.

Hired Gun on here did own a Ram. He was skeptical and then we put one on his truck at Claremont. He liked it.

Scotty,
The one thing I like about the Ram II is the install. I just like the cleaner look of the whole thing as opposed to hanging a BHAF out in my engine bay.
The idea of an Edge EZ or similar making more HP and twist is nice but as I said above, I'd rather trade some increased HP for MPG. If the BHAF will help there then I guess that's my route.

The BHAF alone will not bump your mileage.

Timing will be the best bet for mileage gain, IE the EZ. Even exhaust upgrades will be very minor in mileage gain as opposed to timing/fuel adjustements. If you want mileage, you are going to have to go eletronic. IMHO..
