Im trying to get the most noise?
What do I need to get?
AfE stage I?, II?, scotty II ? BHAF?
Now im running a stage II no lid on the top of the box, Im about to cut the sides of the box off to see if that makes it any louder

Difference being that it draws from a hole cut leading to the cowl.

RowJ, I should have PM'd you on it really. Huge thanks is in order!!
I installed the TAGIII and it does as it claims, and more with my version of the S300. I had a thread about it in the performance section. But to sum it up , the TAGIII is a 10 out of 10 for the bang for buck. I still get turbo noise, but totally subdued the shrill hiss/whistle that made my teeth ache, which is what I was really after.
Now my "problem" is that it makes the turbo TOO efficient!!! The turbo is soo easy to bark now as it reaches peak boost faster with less effort on the pedal, to me the TIP or drive pressure must be less for the same boost pressure. It barks between gears, or if I am lugging below 1500 Rpm it will jump up to 10-12 psi boost and if I let off, whoof... I didn't gain on the mileage that I can detect definitely, but the performance gain is a nice bonus.
I would still recommend the TAG to anyone.

Glad your Happy..........and that you figured out you needed TAG III, not the II! My error.
I used my 4%... 3 mile, test hill to prove to myself that, with the TAG, I could hold hwy cruise speed with less boost. Not a big amount but 9 psi down to 7 psi. That sort of improved flow.

I should try that sort of test to quantify. Easy enough to take out on the same day, same haul. I have had it on the truck for about 6 months now I think...
