$1800 sounds high to me.... Parts (2 pumps) can be had for $1200 - $1300, and it's 2 hrs to change the injector pump and maybe 1 hr for the lift pump! Unless your shop is going with a new pump from Dodge?

Hook up FP gauge in line between Fuel filter and injector pump. Just reduce it down to smaller line for gauge. Doesn't Scotty have a gauge line kit? Someone does.

You can easily plumb that guage yourself using the fitting in Scotty's kit that has the 1/8" NPT tap for a gauge.

Just connect your gauge here using the plumbing of your choice. I'd recommend NOT using plastic tubing and compression fittings. Been there, done that, had the cab leakage. Never had a leak with the Braided SS line.

I'm gonna try some socketless A/N to re-do it. I presently have my FP gauges bypassed until I fix the leak.

Oh, and try www.cumminsstuff.com or Industrial Injection for a good price on an injection pump.

I am currently testing a 1/4" push lock hose to 1/8" npt for a kit...with a needle valve 'snubber' inline.

If you ordered that kit quite some time ago...there once was the option to get the fuel pressure kit or not. Should not be long before someone copies it again.

I now include all that is needed for a complete kit. I also kicked the marketing man to the curb. LOL
